Bio Waste LLC will provide a full service program including pickup supplies, manifesting, transportation, and termination of the Facility's infectious & hazardous waste.
A service calendar highlighting your scheduled pickups will be given to each service location. In addition, a reminder call will be done the week before.
Packaging supplies will be delivered to the Facility, as needed, including corrugated boxes, red bio hazardous bags, shipment labels, and manifests at no extra charge. Sharps containers are also available for purchase.
Boxes will be filled and sealed by the Facility's staff, including proper labeling of boxes. (One manifest for each shipment of waste is required).
Signed manifests will be returned to the Facility to serve as a tracking document for the shipment and termination of infectious waste generated by the Facility.
Transportation will be provided in properly permitted/licensed, trucks from the facility by Bio Waste LLC for termination at approved sites according to all federal, state, and local laws.
Bio Waste LLC personnel will serve as a liaison between the Facility and governmental/regulatory agencies to obtain and provide accurate and up-to-date information pertaining to applicable environmental regulations, at no additional cost.
Bio Waste LLC will maintain liability and Environmental Impairment Insurance in excess of local and state laws for the Facility's protection.
A standard two to five year Bio Waste LLC agreement will be provided to the Facility. The Facility can determine the length of the agreement. Pricing can be set for the whole contract term.
All Bio Waste billing will be mailed after completion of services. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
All work is guaranteed to be completed in a professional manner. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance.
